1. What we do

Isocrat Labs ("we") analyzes samples sent by clients ("you") and issues a certificate of analysis for each sample. The tests, methods, prices and turnaround times are listed on the Tests & pricing page.

2. Research use only

We test research materials. Our reports describe the sample we received; they are not medical advice, not a product approval and not a statement that a product is safe for any use.

3. Samples

You are responsible for shipping your sample lawfully, in a sealed container, with a tracked service. We may refuse a sample that arrives opened, damaged, unlabeled or unsafe to handle. Samples are consumed or destroyed during testing and are not returned.

4. Payment

We accept card, bank transfer or crypto. Testing starts once the sample has arrived and the invoice is paid. Prices are in US dollars. Fees are not refundable once testing has started.

5. Turnaround

Turnaround times are counted in business days from the day the sample arrives. They are targets, not guarantees; if a test must be repeated, we tell you.

6. Reports

Each report has a unique number and a public verification page that shows the same results and the photo of the vial as received. Anyone with the report number can see it. If a report has to be corrected, the corrected version gets a new number and the original stays online, marked as replaced, with a link to the corrected version. Results relate only to the sample tested, not to other vials, batches or products.

7. Use of reports

You may share your report in full. You may not alter it, remove its number or photo, or present it as relating to a product other than the sample tested. We may mark a report as misused on its verification page if we learn it is being used this way.

8. Liability

Our liability for any test is limited to the fee paid for it.
