Privacy policy

What we collect

When you register a sample: your name or company, your email, the country you ship from, the payment method you choose, and what you tell us about the sample. We don't use advertising trackers.

Why

To identify your sample when it arrives, send you the invoice and the report, and answer your questions. Nothing else.

What is public

A report's verification page shows the sample name, declared amount, lot, the vendor if you declared one, the results, the dates and the photo of the vial. It never shows your name, email or payment details.

How long we keep it

Submission and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. Issued reports stay online so they can always be verified.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion, except what we must keep by law and the public content of issued reports. Write to [email protected].
